My last UK training session for a long time. I travelling to Australia!

Exercise: Pull Ups Level 3: Jackknife Pull Ups (1 set of 24, 1 set of 13)
Exercise: Squats Level 4 : Half Squats ( 1 set of 46, Attempted a 2nd set and my thigh cramped up. We’ll leave it for now)
